These cables are incredibly easy to handle, The XLR is fabricated so the connectors 12 o'clock position is the same at both ends so you don't have to torque the cable into its connector.
The ends are arrow marked showing the signal direction at the top of the connector. Now you can confidently insert the source or amp side without having to check the gender of the panel connector or worry that the connector is in the wrong orientation, just keep the arrow at the top and you're good.
You will notice the "Right Red Thread". It identifies the right channel cable along it's entire length, simplifying cable identification while crouched with an iPhone light beside a dark, cramped space behind your rack.
