When will my order be delivered?
Standard products will ship out within 1 business day. Items marked as non- standard will ship out within 2 business days.
Can I Return my product?
We understand the not every audio system is the same and neither are every set of ears. If our cables do not provide the performance you were hoping for, they can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure they are in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.
For equipment that is defective you have 10 years.

What can I do if my item (or part of it) is damaged?
We work hard to deliver your items without damage. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced at no cost to you.
